How It Works

  1. First, we’ll set up a time to talk so we can learn more about you and your situation. This will help us determine if assurance calls are a good fit for you and how we can help. We create a custom plan that ranges from 1 call per week to up to 3 calls per day. These can be general check-ins, companionship calls, reminder calls, wake-up calls, or a combination.   2. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you a service agreement that outlines the terms, schedule, and other details. Once we receive the signed service agreement and a two-week refundable deposit, we’ll get started!
  3. Once service begins, we’ll follow the schedule as outlined and make the calls. The calls last between 1-5 minutes, and once completed, we’ll text confirmation to a designated contact (if one is designated). If you or your loved one don’t pick up the phone, we’ll try again. If after 3 calls, no one picks up, we’ll contact the designated contact.
  4. Each week, we’ll compile a weekly call report that keeps you and your loved one up to date. We’ll bill every two weeks, and if for some reason service is no longer needed, the deposit will be credited to the final invoice, and any remaining funds will be returned to the client.
